I’ve been writing about politics off and on since I started my Little Black Book, but many of the posts have been crude blasts of satire, little items I’ve dashed off to get something off my chest, blow off steam, whatever. This page collects a few of my more serious attempts since the election of 2012, which appears to have loosened a new wave of racist nincompoops, Tea Party dead enders and other fantasists and bizarre demagogues. Many or most of these groups and corporate-backed talk radio blowhards have one major thing in common: They hate President Obama, mostly because he’s African-American, or to be more accurate, he has slightly more African-American genes than they do.
